Service Description

A welcoming Reformer class for new mums ready to move, strengthen, and feel good again — with baby by your side. We’ll move at a slower pace, focusing on technique and alignment, while rebuilding your foundation of strength, stability, and body awareness. Babies are welcome to stay close on their mat or baby seat during class (non-crawling only, as there’s no supervision provided). Perfect for new mums who’ve been given the all-clear to return to exercise and are ready to reconnect with movement in a calm, supportive environment.
