Designed for all levels, but not advised for those with back, knee, or ankle injuries. Jump, glide, and move with energy in this dynamic reformer class. Using the jumpboard, you’ll lift your heart rate and challenge your muscles through flowing, low-impact sequences that build strength and stamina. Expect that light, “flying” feeling and a serious endorphin boost!
